TIME TABLE FOR ORDER ARRIVAL
Under normal condition, most orders will be shipped within 1~2 working days after your payment is received. Notification will be emailed to the registration email address once the order is shipped. Please note our warehouse does not ship on weekends and on Taiwan’s public holidays.
ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS INCLUDE:
- Holidays - When ordering around a holiday date, orders will take longer to be processed.
- Weekly Order Processing Schedule - Orders placed from Friday through Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.
- Weather Delays - If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.
DOMESTIC (Taiwan): Transit time is approximately 3-7 working days.
INTERNATIONAL (outside Taiwan): We ship in accordance to the Terms and Conditions of Taiwan’s Postal Service. Once your order leaves the border of Taiwan and transfer to the local postal unit, Taiwan postal unit may not guarantee the time of delivery. However, under normal condition, transit time is approximately 7-25 working days depending on your location.
CUSTOM, DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note any and all shipping costs calculated in the order include shipping and freight only. Some countries will charge duties and taxes on your purchase. These fees vary from country to country. As such, any duties and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the buyer to resolve with their country's Customs Office. If you choose to abandon your shipment and/or fail to pay any duties and/or taxes assessed, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement and any reshipment fees incurred will be at your expense. For more information, you may contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. However, if the parcel is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded.
Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving goods.
All returned merchandise must include all original factory packaging, materials, and/or documentation.
Merchandise returned to us in new condition (unused and/or unopened) will be refunded the full purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.
All return requests from Taiwan must be shipped back within 7 days. For international orders, return items must be shipped back within 30 days. Address for returning item is 13 Kungyeh 3 Rd., Kuanyin Industrial Park, Kuanyin Hsiang, Taoyuan County, Taiwan (32853) / OP DIVISION.
If you need to return our item, please follow the following procedures:
1. Prior to shipping any items back to us, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) must first be obtained by contacting us via e-mail.
2. The RMA number must be written on the box prior to return shipping.
3. We reserve the right to refuse shipments sent without an RMA.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Paypal. Check and pay on delivery are not accepted. Credit card payments are made in New Taiwan Dollar.
